Create a game by duplicating the correct master post. Never edit the master itself. Once duplicated, replace the title, YouTube URL, featured image and game category, check discussion settings, then publish the new game.

PUBLISHING CHECKLIST

  1. Open the relevant master, then use PA Duplicate — do not edit the original.
  2. Rename the copied post and update its permalink slug.
  3. Assign exactly one of the six game categories’ Just Play or Play & Chat subcategories; remove inherited categories.
  4. Enter the new video URL in the crafty_game_youtube_url ACF field.
  5. Set the Featured Image for the directory card.
  6. Just Play: Comments OFF and Pings OFF. Play & Chat: Comments ON and Pings OFF.
  7. Publish and test the game through its directory popup.

Important: This dashboard is in development. Password protection must be applied before distributing it to staff.
